This is the location where you will provide your AT&T Wi-Fi service. You can provide a different shipping and billing address below.
Your user ID must be 6 to 15 characters containing a letter and number. The password must be at least 8 characters and not match your user ID.
This is the address where we will send your Wi-Fi device. It should be plugged in at the address listed above.
We will send you paperless invoices through email to be kind to the environment. This is the address that will appear on your invoice.
AT&T customers on certain packages may be eligible to receive an additional bundle discount. To determine eligibility, DSL customers can enter their BAN and uVerse customers can enter a BTN. The BAN/BTN can be found on the top of your AT&T invoice. Eligibility will be determined after entering the BAN/BTN if your location is in AL, AR, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI.
Technician dispatch charges for a professional install cover a single trip to complete the initial install only. Any technician dispatch request to address a repair and maintenance issue will require approval and payment for an additional trip fee.

Successful Small Site Professional installation is based on the following assumptions:

  • Assumes installation labor will be performed during normal business hours Monday –Friday / 8 AM – 5 PM) and for a single trip.
  • Assumes access to restricted areas will be provided in a timely manner. Property provides unhindered access to all areas where work is to be performed.
  • Assumes all work areas are accessible under 12 Feet. Access points will mount to ceiling or wall at a 12 foot maximum height. AP mounting is indoor only. Conduit placement, Core drills, asbestos abatement, rated firewall penetrations, and other non-standard activities are not included under the Small Site Professional Install agreement.
  • Assumes clear and acceptable cable paths to access point mounting locations.
  • AT&T is including AP Cat5 cabling up to 100FT per cable run. Cabling does not include DMARC extensions.
  • Customer is responsible for having a professional installed circuit, extended, and turned up in facility where Wi-Fi coverage is needed.
  • Customer is responsible for providing sufficient power for Wi-Fi equipment. Installation testing: Once the install is complete, the technician will test the public Wi-Fi only.
